# How to set up a new logo for embroidery or transfer?
## Setting up a new logo can be a complex and lengthy process if the correct information isn't supplied. We have created a straightforward form for all new logo set ups.
Once you have submitted the form below, we'll produce a digital mock up for you to sign off. This will be sent out via email for your approval and give you a chance to review the layout of your design. Please note that our mock ups are used for illustration and only provide a representation of the finished garment.
Key information you should know
- A new embroidery set up charge of £15 will apply
- A minimum of 8 garments are required for embroidery
- A new transfer set up charge of £8 will apply
- A minimum order of 10 transfers will apply
